Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Email us at support@charmystore.com
2. Share your Order ID, reason for return, and product images (if damaged/defective)
3. Our support team will review and guide you through the return process
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Replacement / Exchange
• If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we offer free replacement (subject to stock availability)
• Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled before shipment
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days
